Allen Named DAC Goalkeeper of Week

IRVING, Texas – Dallas College Richland's Meghan Allen was named the Dallas Athletic Conference Women's Soccer Goalkeeper of the Week.

A freshman from La Vega, Texas, Allen stopped 11 shots in a 4-1 win at Dallas College Mountain View to open DAC play. She was tested by eight shots on goal in the win.

It was Richland's first win of the season.

No. 9 Dallas College Richland (1-2-0, 1-0-0 DAC) hosts No. 3 Dallas College Brookhaven (3-1-2, 1-0-0) at 6 p.m. Tuesday.
