Villa Named Second Team All-American

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Dallas College Richland women's soccer's Linzy Villa was named a National Junior College Athletic Association Division III Second Team All-American.

A sophomore from Dallas, Villa scored eight goals and had five assists for 21 points. She had four gamewinning goals, which ranked fourth in the country. She scored two goals against Dallas College Eastfield in both games. Villa had a goal or more in three straight games.

Villa signed with the University of Texas at Dallas.
